JUVVI Skin Care understands that for a variety of reasons, orders just don’t always work out. Customer Service is a top priority to us, we want to ensure a quick and simple return process for all our customers

Most of the items in our online catalog are eligible to be returned for a refund or an equal exchange. The item must be returned within [30] days of the original purchase. The item must also be in the same condition it was in when you received your order. We understand that defective items may not be in re-stockable condition. When seeking a refund, items must be in re-stockable and re-sellable condition to be eligible for the full refund amount.

We define restockable condition as this: For an item to be in restockable condition it must be in its original package, it must contain all applicable parts and components that came with the original shipment. We may deny refunds on products that show signs of usage, damage (unless the item was damaged during the shipping process) or on items that have been opened.


PLEASE READ: To ensure a seamless return, refund, or exchange service, we ask that you please contact us beforehand for an RA#, or Return Authorization Number. Items that are sent back to our shipping facility without a proper Return Authorization Number or request may be denied a refund or exchange. As per our purchase policy, we reserve the right to deny a refund or return request for any reason, though we try our hardest to accommodate each and every customer.

Upon receiving a Return Authorization Number, you can ship the item back via a transit or parcel company that you’d like to choose. We ask that when shipping the item back you ship it with a trackable option. In the event of a delivery error or defective item, we will cover the costs of return shipping. Otherwise, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for return shipping.

Refund Processing Time may vary depending on your method of payment. Oftentimes these processing times are out of our control and are up to the payment processor and your financial institution.

As previously mentioned, some items are not eligible for returns or refunds with the exceptions of defective products or shipping errors.
