JUVVI Skin Care does our very best to ensure prompt and accurate order shipping. All orders are processed within 48 hours of receiving the payment. The amount of time it takes to receive your delivery depends on a few variables, such as: method of shipping requested, total size and weight of your delivery, the time of day your order was placed, and product availability.
All of our orders ship out of our facility in New Jersey. We will do our best to get your order out of our facility and into the hands of the courier as quickly as possible. If you paid for overnight or expedited delivery and did not receive your order on time, please CONTACT us so we can determine if the fault was in our shipping facility or of the courier.
All orders come with order tracking. If you have already placed an order you can track it at ORDER TRACKING.
If your order has an item that is missing or damaged, please visit our REFUNDS / RETURNS page or contact our customer support team. Please do not refuse a delivery from JUVVI Skin Care or return a package to our facility without first contacting us to get a Return Authorization Number.
